All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. You may upgrade yourself to the TOP of the list at checkout for an additional charge. This will make sure your order is sent out within 24hours of ordering.
 
All U.S. residents are charged $4.95 per order. No matter how big, or how small. If you are a non U.S. customer, you will be invoiced 12% of your order total, if this does not cover your actual shipping costs, then you will receive a 2nd invoice to make sure all shipping charges and paypal fees have been covered before your parcel ships.
